Obituary William Ray Hill, 67, of Newport, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at home. No services are scheduled. Mr. Hill was born in Maysville, NC, to Thomas Franklin and Maggie Flemmings Hill. He was a veteran and served in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Hill, of Newport; sons, Jeffrey Ray Hill, of Newport and Daniel Thomas Hill and wife, Cheryl, of Jacksonville, NC. He is additionally survived by stepdaughter, Michelle Burleson and husband, Chris of Newport, step-son, James P. Moseley, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida; grandsons, Justin Hill of Jacksonville, Gabriel Hill of Maysville, granddaughter, Sydney Hill of Maysville; as well as step-grandsons, Chris and Zack Burleson of Newport, Jessie and Jamie Moseley of Jacksonville, Florida and step-granddaughters, Skylar and Sydney Moseley of Jacksonville, Florida.
