Obituary William "Bill" Foy, 83, of Pine Knoll Shores, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at his home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at St. Egberts Catholic Church of Morehead City. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathleen Foy of Pine Knoll Shores and his sister, Arleen Grazewski of Pine Knoll Shores.
