Obituary Vivian Jean Webb, 85, of Morehead City, died Friday, November 30, 2018, at Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Webb was born in Denver, Colorado on October 12, 1933. She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia Gance of Casper, Wyoming, and Donna Schlagel, of Aiken, SC and 1 grand daughter. Mrs. Webb is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Webb, who died November 25, 2018. She will be buried in Longmont, Co. with him in the ensuing week. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2418 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 206, Raleigh, NC 27607.
