Obituary Tyra Paige Skrabacz, 20, of Havelock, ended this Earthly journey after a short yet beautiful life on Monday, September 20, 2021. A funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday. September 24, 2021 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Amariah Garner Memorial Cemetery following the service. Tyra was born March 27, 2001 to Greg and Brandy Skrabacz in Morehead City, NC. She will be remembered for being a social butterfly who never met a stranger. Wherever she went, Tyra was always the life of the party. She loved her family and friends dearly. Tyra had her own sense of style and had a passion for hair, makeup, and nails. She would never turn down an oyster roast or a bonfire and loved the beach. Tyra was a free spirit who could never be replaced. She is survived by her parents, Brandy Penny Skrabacz and Greg Skrabacz and her "bonus mom", Lynda Willis; siblings, Zachary Ericksen (Jessica), Ethan Skrabacz, Weston Skrabacz, Summer Willis, and Jacob Willis; nephew, Karsen Ericksen; grandparents, Karen and John Lietuvninkas, Carol and Bill Minor, Trent and Janie Penny, Rick and Robin Skrabacz; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
