Susan Royce Thomas

Obituary Susan Royce Thomas passed away Sunday August 25, 2019 in Cary. Born September 23, 1946, Susan was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and wife, and worked for the FAA before her retirement. She was an avid reader and animal lover. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Leon King Thomas, Susan is survived by her sister Diane (Steve) Goodwin, daughter Carrie (Dan) Williford, son Brent (Rebecca) Thomas, and son Forest (Eleanor) Thomas, eight grandchildren, and two Pugs. A visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City, NC on Sunday September 1, 2019, from 11:30 12:30 pm. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Victoria Cemetery in Marshallberg, NC.
