Stephen "Steve" Lyles, aged 74, a man of profound character and boundless enthusiasm, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2024 in Morehead City, North Carolina. Born on April 18, 1949, in Alexandria, Virginia, Steve was a beloved husband, father, and friend who lived his life with vigor and a spirit of adventure.

Steve is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Becky Lyles, his loving daughter, Blakley Lyles, and his proud son, Gunner Lyles. Together, they shared a life full of laughter, love, and cherished memories that will be held close to their hearts forever. Steve's family was the cornerstone of his life, and his unwavering support and guidance were the foundations upon which they built their dreams.

An avid outdoorsman, Steve found solace and joy in the beauty of nature. His passion for hunting and spearfishing was more than a hobby, it was a way for him to connect with the world around him.
