Shirley Stepper

Obituary Shirley Ann Stepper, 78, of Morehead City, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport. Shirley was born on December 4, 1942 to Wilbur and Annie Virginia Moser. Shirley was a lovely woman who enjoyed most of her time at home with her dogs. She loved unconditionally, and was loved unconditionally. She was a fighter, and fought until the very end. She is survived by her three daughters, Karen Haywood of Virginia, Robin Carpenter and husband Sheldon Carpenter of Newport, Tammi Baker and husband Michael Baker of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Terra Boyd, Samantha Dixon and husband Matthew, Chelsea Ferrell, Aaron Baker, Luke Gray, Jerrica Baker, Dylan Carpenter, Dakota Haywood, and Wyatt Haywood; and great-grandchildren, Barker, Brodie, and Natalie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Annie Virginia Moser.
