Obituary Rosemary P. Kluber, age 79 of Morehead City died January 13, 2018 at Carteret Health Care. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, January 17th at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church. The Rev Scott Berry will officiate. Rosemary was born June 25, 1938 in New York to her parents Charles and Mary Catherine Hannigan Frank. She will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church, 201 E. Ft Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 in Rosemarys name for the Coffee Hour Fund. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Home and Crematory of Morehead City.
