Ronald Ducote

Obituary Ronald David Ducote, 75, of Fountain, NC, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in New Bern at the home of his companion, Melinda Robinson, while under Hospice Care. A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Christ Church yard, with The Rev. Paul Canady officiating, with Military Honors to follow the service. Ronnie was born March 30, 1941, in Baltimore, Maryland. Before starting his career in technologies, Ronnie served with the 716th Combat Military Police in Vietnam during 1965 and 1966. His professional life was spent in the Washington, DC area and upon retirement, he returned to the family farm in Fountain. He attended Falkland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by numerous cousins and friends who will miss him dearly for his gentle nature, ease of laughter and willingness to lend a hand.
