Richard 'Wolf' Lazevnick

Obituary Richard "Wolf" Lazevnick, 62, of Swansboro, died Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A memorial service will be held at a later date at their home in Swansboro and New York in July. Mr. Lazevnick was born in Westchester, New York, September 13, 1955 to Leo Lazevnick and Dorothy Voris Lazevnick. Mr. Lazevnick is survived by his wife, Eileen Matwijec Lazevnick, of Swansboro; son, Kyle Lazevnick and daughter, Nicole Lazevnick, both of Swansboro; brother, Robert Lazevnick, Peekskill, NY. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Lazevnick. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, P.O.
