Obituary Patricia Linville Dudley, 74, of Salter Path, NC, formerly of South Boston, VA, died Monday, January 25, 2016, in Morehead City, NC, at the home of her daughter. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, at All Saints Anglican Church, 292 McCabe Road, Newport, NC with the Rev. David Linka and the Rev. John Grayson officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 30, at Mountain View Memorial Park, Boones Mill, VA. She was born July 22, 1941 in Forsyth County, NC to James Burch Linville and Evelyn Marshall Linville. Pat was known for loving and taking care of her children; being a great "Mimi"; her kind heart; great love of animals; being fun to joke with; love of walks on the beach; her great big smile; and her ability to talk to and connect with anyone. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Wayne Dudley; son, Richard Wayne Dudley, Jr. and wife Patty of Fairfax, VA; daughter, Pamela Dudley Sproul and husband Paul of Morehead City; sister, Janice L. Egan of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Abigail, Peyton, Christopher, Samuel, Richie, and Jackson; and her caregiver, Andy Haning. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Carteret Health Care Foundation Hospice Fund, P. O.
