Norman Leroy Richardson, 60, of Jacksonville, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at First Pentecostal in Jacksonville. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00 Saturday at the church. Burial will take place at 12:00 pm Monday, March 3, 2025 at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonivlle with Military Honors. The service will be livestreamed on the church website at firstpentecostal.faith
