Obituary Niria Alen, 82, of Morehead City, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her home. She was a faithful member of St. Egbert Catholic Church in Morehead City. A celebration of life will be held with a funeral mass at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at St. Egbert Catholic Church of Morehead City. She is survived by her three sons, Gustavo "Gus" Alen and wife, April of Durham, NC; Fernando Alen of Morehead City; Eduardo Alen of Morehead City; grandchildren, Christopher Alen of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Stephen Alen and wife, Autumn of Rougemont, NC; Maia Alen of Boone, NC; Chloe Alen of Morehead City; sister, Reina Ottonello Ferrando of Barcelona, Spain.
