Obituary Michael Thomas Carraway, 52, of Morehead City, died Monday, December 14, 2015, at his home. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:00 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 20, at 510 Friendly Road, Morehead City, NC. He was born July 12, 1963 in Morehead City to Roy Thomas Carraway and Sarah Elizabeth Swain Carraway. He is survived by his son, Dustin Michael Carraway of Wilmington; stepson, Bobby Hamilton of Wilmington; mother, Sarah Carraway of Morehead City; sisters, Tammy Boyette of Beaufort and Donna Singletary of Morehead City; brother, Larry Carraway of Newport. His father preceded him in death. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2418 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 206, Raleigh, NC 27607.
