Obituary Marcella L. Kephart, 85, of Morehead City, formerly of Sharon Center, OH, died Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church, Atlantic Beach, with the Rev. Scott Berry presiding. She was born August 20, 1930 in Sharon Center, OH to Walter and Mable Friedt Swigart. Mrs. Kephart was employed by the United States Postal Service as a postal clerk. She is survived by her daughters, Sue Fulcher and husband, Joseph of Morehead City, Johanna Taylor and husband, Frank of Raleigh, Katharine Weinberg and husband, Jeff of Plymouth, MI; son Jack Kephart and wife, Julie of Akron, OH; grandchildren, Travis Fulcher and wife Janet, Carl Taylor and wife Melissa, Michael Taylor, Philip Weinberg and Nathan Weinberg; great grandchildren, Anna Grace Fulcher, Caleb Taylor, and Ella Taylor. In addition to her parents, her husband John C. Kephart, preceded her in death. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church, P.O.
