Lauren Wells

Lauren Ashley Wells, 39 years of age, of Swansboro, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 1st, 2024.

Lauren was gifted in music, dance, and the creative arts. She played the guitar and piano by ear since the age of 5 years old. Lauren pursued ballet and tap for over 14 years. She loved to draw, adult coloring, crafts, doing hair, and nails. She was a strong advocate toward animal rights, especially with adopted baby monkeys. 

Lauren loved children and enjoyed sharing her crafts with them. Lauren's love for her family was first and foremost in her life and she demonstrated this love through a loving and tender heart. Lauren enjoyed giving to others and had a heart of gold.

Lauren is survived by her devoted parents, Cheryl and Brad Wells of the home, Adam Wells (Mary), a niece Lilian Wells, a daughter Olivia Manooch of Raleigh, late maternal grandmother, Gladys Hamilton, paternal grandmother, Marlene Wells of New Bern, NC, and her beloved golden retriever, Rocco.
