Obituary Larry Floyd Slauson, 78, of Newport, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Carteret Health Care. No local services are scheduled. He was born September 11, 1938 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Charles Slauson and Orva Krejci Slauson. Mr. Slauson served in the United States Army. He is survived by his son, Jason Slauson and wife Bradi of Berthoud, CO; daughter, Larisa Slauson of Englewood, CO and Donna Replogle of Grand Junction, CO; sister, Pat Redding of Ohio; brother, Denny Slauson of Iowa; grandchildren, Blake Slauson and Sydney Slauson.
