Obituary Kenneth Earl "Ken" Jarman, 77, of New Bern, passed away on June 29, 2016, at CarolinaEast Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at Bridgeton Free Will Baptist Church on Monday, July 11, 2016, at 7:00 PM, with the Rev. Jerry Rackley and Rev. Frank Jackson officiating. Burial will be private. Ken was born in Lenoir County, NC on May 23, 1939, to Clarence Herbert and Maude Hill Jarman. He served his country in the US Air Force. He spent most of his life in the auto repair business. For more than 10 years, Ken was pastor at Open Door Outreach Ministry. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He is survived by his wife, Mawrine Langston Jarman, of New Bern; 4 daughters, Lisa Limehouse, and husband, Britt, of Charleston, SC, Cindy McLaughlin, and husband, Warren, of Columbia, SC, Lynn Britt and Crystal Jarman, both of New Bern; brother, Albert Jarman, and wife, Carol, of New Bern; 7grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren..
