Jamie Lee Norman

Obituary Jamie Lee Norman, 52, of Newport, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City. Jamie served as a member of the fire service community for 38 years, in several stations, most recently in Mill Creek. He was an avid hunter and member of McCotter Boulevard Baptist Church in Havelock. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday at Graham Memorial in Mill Creek with Pastor Richard Savage and Chaplain Jamie Rossi officiating and Fire Fighter Honors. There will be a private burial at Lukens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home of Morehead City. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Norman of Newport; two stepsons, Noah and Nicolas of Newport; brother, Monnie Norman of Jacksonville; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doris Lee and Dartha Georgina Norman.
