Obituary Jacqueline Ann Washington, 66, of Morehead City passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Jacqueline 'Jackie' Washington was born on Monday, May 31, 1954 to Charles Henry Dunn and Paige Washington (Campbell) in Morehead City. She was educated in the Carteret County School System, attending West Carteret High School. Jackie married Clarence Jarman of Havelock, her high school sweetheart. From their union, three beautiful children were born: a son, Clarence Jr., and two daughters, Clarissa and Christel. Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Henry Dunn; son, Clarence Jr., brother, Charles Henry Dunn Jr., sisters, Zesthima 'Cookie' Reels and Charlene Washington Baxter; grandmothers, Sarah Dunn and Corretta Brown Washington; Aunt Nettie 'Pat' Neal; and Uncle Frederick 'Fred' Washington. She has many friends and family members that are gone but not forgotten. Jackie is survived by her two daughters, Clarissa and Christel; her beloved grandchildren, Delmus Johnson, Brandon Roy, Chantionique 'Bubba' Roy, Simba Jarman, Rickey Bailey, and Sabien Copeland; as well as her newest additions, great-grandchildren Christel and Sage Bailey. She is also survived by her mother, Paige Campbell; brothers, David 'Man' Washington, Charles 'Ray Ray' Washington and Paul 'Mr. Majestic' Washington; Uncle Joe Washington (Aunt Peggy), Aunt Corretta 'Sissy' Washington, Uncle Thad Henderson, Aunt Dorothy Jones, Aunt Mary Frances Dunn Spence, Uncle Robert Dunn, Burt Dunn Jr. (Lori); and nieces, Carmin and Alexandria Baxter. There are a host of other Dunn and Washington relatives whom she loved dearly. The family would like to give thanks to special friend, Shawn Brown; niece, Nassa; nephews, Buddy and Donovan; and god-grandson, Randall. We would also like to express deepest gratitude for all of her neighbors that checked on, fixed meals, and kept her in your prayers. Thank You All.
