Obituary Jackson Samuel Jack Crawford, 10, of Kinston, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at his home. Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11 AM at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Michael Frese and Rev, Benjamin Simms officiating.. Jack was born in Gaston County, NC on August 4, 2003. He was an amazing child who lit up any room with his infectious grin and will be missed greatly by many. He touched the hearts of anyone in his presence. Jack is survived by his parents, Jeremy David and Susanne Buckingham Crawford; three brothers, Noah Jeremy Crawford, Oliver Shipman Crawford and Chance Emerson Crawford; his sister, Jenna Brooke Crawford, all of Kinston; maternal grandparents, Jim and Eleanor Buckingham of Morehead City and his paternal grandmother, Wilma Crawford of Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Conner, his paternal great grandparents, Marion and Shirley Robey and his cousin, Richie Spears, as well as numerous aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home Monday evening, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
