Harley Dale Davis

Harley Dale Davis 62, of Newport, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.

Harley along with his dad, owned and operated Davis Welding Service in Arapahoe. He was known for his love of gardening and fishing.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Lee Cemetery in Arapahoe.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Davis of Newport; two daughters, Amanda Davis of James City; Malinda Davis of Havelock; two grandchildren; his mother, Ann Davis of Arapahoe; brother, Thomas A. Davis and wife, Paula of Merritt; sister, Sue Ann Davis of Arapahoe; two aunts, Barbara Willis of Oriental; Patricia Willis of Oriental; and his four-legged friend, Chip.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harley Dupree Davis and brother, Paul Wayne Davis.
