Glenn 'Curt' Martin

Obituary Glenn "Curt" Martin, a 1960 graduate of Lock Haven High School, received his B.A. from Bucknell University in 1964 and was then awarded a Rotary Foundation scholarship to study one year at the Free University of Berlin. He holds a PhD in German Language and Literature from UNC-Chapel Hill. The family will celebrate Curt's life privately in the spring or summer of 2022. He passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021 at Croatan Ridge Nursing Center of Newport, NC. He was 79 years old. Curt is survived by his wife Abbie; his sister-in-law Meg Lewis of Yarmouth, ME; his two daughters: Christa Kreutz (David) of Oriental and their sons; Eifel, August, and Ingo; and Mary Martin (Trevor Parizo) of Waterbury, VT; also by his sister, Lana Weaver (Roland) of Mill Hall, PA, and their children, Wendy, Heidi, and Mimi.
