Obituary Glen Andrews, 89, Morehead City, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022, at Longleaf Neuro-Medical in Wilson. Glen Andrews was born in LePanto, Arkansas, on October 16, 1932. After serving in the Airforce during the Korean War he worked for Sun Oil Company for 40 years, ending his career with them in Louisville, Kentucky. He loved the water and boating on Rough River Lake. Several years after a fall, which caused a traumatic brain injury, he moved to Morehead City to be in the care of his daughter, Julie. He is survived by his sisters: Marlene Taylor, and Sue Andrews of Heber Springs; sons: Jerry (Gloria), and Chris (Vickie) Andrews; and his daughter: Julie Andrews Winchester (Jack); five grandchildren: Rachael Andrews, Jessica Moore (Patrick), Scott, Mark, and Brent Winchester; 1 great-grandchild: Wren Moore. Glen was also 'the favorite uncle' to many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wives: Hazel Andrews Stetter, and Ada 'Baby Lou' Andrews. A visitation will be held at 1:00pm at Roler-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas, followed by a graveside service at the Pavilion at Crittenden Memorial Gardens on July 16, 2022. Glen was happiest in a t-shirt and swimsuit attire, so casual wear will be acceptable at the service. Please visit the website of Roler-Citizens for further informaiton.
