Obituary Geraldine Geri White, 59, of Newport, died Sunday, September 1, 2014, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. at St Andrews Episcopal Church on Thursday, September 4, 2014, with the pastor, The Rev. Dr. John B. Pollock, officiating. Geri was born April 8, 1955, in Syracuse, NY to Henry and Patricia Doane Maholick. She is survived by her husband, Norwood White of Newport; daughter, Patricia Tracy White of Morehead City; brother, Stephen Maholick and sister, Dorothy Hunt, both of Syracuse, NY; sister-in-law, Virginia Maholick of Altmar, NY; grand-daughter, Kala Marie White and a great-grandson, Brayden Johnson. In addition to her parents, 5 of her siblings preceded her in death.
