Frances Drummond

Obituary Frances Louise Drummond, 74, of Morehead City, died Friday, June 1, 2018, at Two Rivers Health Care Center, New Bern. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Greenwood Cemetery, Morehead City. Mrs. Drummond was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 17, 1944, to Dale Wilbur and Alice Hurlbert Dye. After college, she worked for the U. S. Treasury Department and retired from the Internal Revenue Service, at their headquarters in West Virginia. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Morehead City. She is survived by her brother, Jon Alfred Dye, of Clover, SC. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, James Brown and Ben Drummond.
