Elwood Frick

Obituary Biography Elwood H. Frick, 86, of Morehead City, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Carteret Health Care. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the First Presbyterian Church, Morehead City, with the pastor, the Rev. Timothy J. Havlicek officiating. Mr. Frick was born in Flushing, NY to Leroy A. Frick and Ellen Nelson Frick. He served his country in the United States Army. Mr. Frick retired as a manager at New York Telephone Company. He and his wife Arlene moved to Carteret County 20 years ago, and are members of the First Presbyterian Church, Morehead City. He is survived by Arlene H Frick his wife of 62 years, of Morehead City; three children, Curtis Scott Frick of Okeechobee, FL, Nancy Beth Anthony of Oakdale, NY and Christopher Todd Frick of Okeechobee, FL; a brother, Arthur Charles Frick of Tampa, FL; two grandchildren Jessica and Gregory; and three great-grandchildren, Dylan, Myles and Lylah. His parents preceded him in death. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 1604 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC 28557.
