Elizabeth "Betty" Belle

Obituary Elizabeth Betty Belle, 75, of Morehead City, died on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Brooks Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joseph Franklin officiating. Mrs. Belle was born on October 29, 1939, in North Tarrytown, NY, to Preston and Mildred Bellio Elder. She was a waitress for many years and loved camping, boating, and shopping. She is survived by her husband, Stephen A. Belle, of Morehead City; daughters, Donna Spiegel of Newport, Elizabeth Vinberg and husband, Howard, of Newport, and Stephanie Belle of Morehead City; sister, Marlene Emerson of Shrub Oak, NY; brothers, John Elder of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Preston Elder, of Sydney, Australia; grandchildren, Tiffany Spiegel, Sabrina Mozingo, Glenn Spiegel, Tamara Vinberg, Howard Vinberg, Jr., and Brittany Schensky; great-grandchildren, Dustin Gurganious, Michael Mozingo, Stephen Mozingo and Isabella Vinberg. In addition to her parents, her daughter, Karen Schensky, preceded her in death. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
