Obituary Edith Ipock Harris, 80, of Beaufort, died Saturday, February 22, 2014, at her home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Brooks Funeral Home. At her request, no services will be held. Edith was born on January 28, 1934, in Beaufort to William Edward and Grace Hughes Lewis. She was a retired bookkeeper. She was a member of Ann Street United Methodist Church, Beaufort. She is survived by her daughter, Grace Ipock Squires of Mt. Holly, NC; 2 sons, William Jesse Ipock, III and Edward Westbrook Ipock, both of Beaufort; brother, Edward Stanley Lewis of Morehead City; sister, Billie Jean Lewis of Rossville, GA; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
