Obituary E. Jeanette Sorey Brickhouse, 62, of Beaufort, died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Carteret General Hospital. No services are scheduled. Mrs. Brickhouse was born August 6, 1952, in Virginia Beach, VA, to Casper and Dorothy Sorey. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Brickhouse Pelletier of Beaufort; son, James Samuel Brickhouse, III, of Beaufort; grandson, Andrew Clinton Pelletier, of Beaufort; mother, Dorothy Sykes Sorey, of VA; brother, Marvin Sorey, of Lucama, NC; and sister, Deby Patten and husband, Jim, of IL. In addition to her father, her husband James Jimmy Brickhouse, Jr., her brother Earl Sorey, and a son-in-law, Richard Pelletier, preceded her in death.
