Obituary 1-888-579-7953 Code: 2002089P Dorothy Drake Shaw, 95 3/4, of Morehead City formerly of Kissimmee, FL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Carteret Health Care. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 28, 2017, St. Peters United Methodist Church , Morehead City with the Rev. Karl Zorowski officiating. Mrs. Shaw was born on May 29, 1921 in Volant, PA and lived in Ormond Beach, FL and Kissimmee, FL for over 50 years. She was the loving mother to Gloria Campbell and Richard Shaw, both of Morehead City. Grandmother to Susan Omps Pugh (Charlie), Clayton, CA; Jeffery Omps (Carissa), Vancouver, WA; and Steve Campbell (Angela), Durham, NC. Five great-granddaughters and three great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elizabeth Drake; husband, Donald; brother, Clarence and sister, Viola.
