Obituary Doris Bay, 93, of Morehead City, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport. She is survived by her three sons, David Bay of Dunedin, FL; Warner Bay of Ringoes, NJ; Richard Bay of Ringoes, NJ; daughter, SueAnn Bay of Morehead City; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
