Diana Marshall-Shoaf, 69, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025

Diana passed away peacefully and at rest after a period of illness. Everyone who knew her will remember her wisdom, unyielding perseverance through adversity, and drive to live a life full of kindness and love. Her passion for the arts and her skills as a director in the theater spanned decades, and the lives she touched along the way were her shining lights. Diana loved to travel with her husband Phil and daughter Abbey. Together they took in as much of the world as they could. Going to their place at Sealevel, NC, or spending time in the Mountains of North Carolina, were family traditions that created the happiest memories. A woman who always gave more than she took, Diana was as sweet as she was fierce, and she will leave a lasting impression on those who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her daughter, Abbey, her dog Meri, her granddog Harker, and her snake Maize. Diana lived life on her terms and said goodbye the same way; the way only she could. She was directing until the end. Fade out center stage, curtain close
