Obituary Debbie Ross, 67, of Newport, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. A gathering of friends will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 with a time of sharing at 5:00 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home of Morehead City. She is survived by her son, Shannon Mullins of Newport; step daughter, Jean Wright; step son, David Musselwhite; step daughter, Elsie Autrey; step daughter, Chris Hill; step daughter, Kathy McClain all of Charlotte; granddaughter, Ana Mullins of Wilmington. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Daniels and father, Hugh Mullis.
