David Zollars

Obituary David Lee Zollars, 67, of Newport, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at CarolinaEast Medical Center. Services will be at a later date in Ohio. Mr. Zollars was born in Millersburg, OH to Marvin and Delores Zollars. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. David has lived in Carteret County for the past 15 years. He is survived by a son, Shawn C. Zollars of Newport; two sisters, Debbie Kunkler and Lorelei Strother both of Wooster, OH. In addition to his parents, a brother Steve Zollars, preceded him in death.
