Dan Garber

Obituary Dan Garber, 76, of Peletier, died Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Carteret Health Care. Mr. Garber was born September 4, 1941, in Jonesborough TN, to Ray and Annabelle Garber. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Dan later worked at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point as a tech rep for ESU. He is survived his children, Danielle Garber of Newport, Gary Simpson of Nags Head and Wendy Simpson of Peletier; one brother, Robert Garber; two sisters, Nancy Buton and Donnie Wilhoid, both of Johnson City, TN. His parents preceded him in death. See service information for date and place of service.
