Carol 'Lindi' Kracke

Obituary Our hearts are heavy today. Carol (Lindi) Lynn Kracke, 72, of Harlowe, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Carteret Health Care, after a courageous battle with cancer. Lindis greatest love was her daughter Mikel Lynn Kracke. Their favorite quote was" Mother-DaughterBest Friends Forever." She leaves behind to cherish her memorysister, Barbara Clark, of Harlowe, a brother, Gerard Kracke (Eileen), of North Branch, NY. Also many nieces and nephews including, Dan Clark of Harlowe, Bill Clark (Renee) of Suffolk, VA., Kurt Kracke (Nancy) of Louisa, VA, Kaitlyn Kracke, Keegan Kracke of North Branch, NY, Kyle Kracke of North Branch, NY, Kevin Kracke of Morehead City, Alexandra Clark of Eugene, OR, Abigail Clark, of Morehead City, Robert Clark of Wilmington, Matthew Clark of Suffolk, VA and Jason Clark of Suffolk, VA. Carol was born in Floral Park NY to Doris and Fritz Kracke. She worked as a registered nurse at Carteret Health Care for over 40 years in the ER department. She took great pride in her work and truly enjoyed her co-workers. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to all the doctors and nurses who cared for her during her illness, especially, Dr. Davis, Susan Clarke, Dr. Loynes and Dr. Gould. Her daughter and parents preceded her in death. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, May 13th, at the home of Dan Clark (280 Clubfoot Creek Road) Harlowe, from 12:00 -2:00 p.m..
