Obituary Barbara Davis Martin, 80, of Beaufort, died August 21, 2014, at CarolinaEast Medical Center, New Bern. Barbara was born in Richmond, Virginia on July 27, 1934, to the late Robert Mayo Davis and the late Minnie McCluer Davis. A service was held at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, Beaufort, Saturday, August 23, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Cemetery in Tarboro. She is survived by her three children; Robert S. Martin of Virginia Beach, VA, Lynn M. Evans, of Charlotte, John Davis Martin of Wilmington; grandsons, David and Andrew Evans, Garrett and James Martin.
