Agnes Elixson

Obituary Agnes Louise Simpson Elixson age 83 of Morehead City, died April 9, 2018 at Crystal Coast Hospice House. The family will host a memorial gathering on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 6PM until 8PM at the Ekkelsia Community Center, 405 Barbour Road. Agnes was born June 25, 1934 in Gretna, Virginia to Columbus Washington and Carrie Lee Tuck Simpson. She devoted her life to caring for others as a nursing assistant. Her two sons, Edwin B. Elixson and his wife Deanna of Hubert and Jeffrey T. Elixson and his wife Trish of Goldsboro; her sister Dora Gibson of Gretna, VA; and two grandchildren, Dana and Carrie Lynn. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas E. on December 14, 2006 In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Crystal Coast Hospice House, 100 Big Rock Weigh, Newport, NC 28570. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Home and Crematory of Morehead City.
