Obituary Wilbur 'Frank' Franklin Southard, 60, of Jacksonville, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport, NC. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kimberly Southard of Jacksonville; son, Jon Southard and wife, Allison Pace of Durham; daughter, Renee Simmons and husband, Brandon of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Andre Stewart, Adrien Simmons, and his only granddaughter, Mya Simmons; brothers, Delton Southard and family of Maysville, and Ronnie Southard and family of Arkansas. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Alice Southard.
