Obituary Tammy Carraway Boyette, 64, of Morehead City, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at her home in Morehead City. The family will celebrate her life privately. Tammy was a woman of deep faith and found joy in her relationship with God. She had a unique ability to find beauty in the simple pleasures of life, and her love for her feline companions was unparalleled. Tammy was a true 'water baby' at heart, finding peace and tranquility near the coast. Her spirit will forever be a part of the beautiful coastline she loved so much. She is survived by her husband, David Boyette of New Bern; her children, Jason Taylor of Raleigh and Kelli Moran of Havelock; three grandchildren, Macon Taylor, Dylan, and Jesse; sister, Donna Singletary of Newport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Sarah Carraway; and her two brothers, Michael and Larry Carraway.
