Obituary Nigel J. Brown, 24, of Newport, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home with Bishop Ronald R. Mayo, Sr. officiating. The family will receive friend's prior from 1-2 p.m. Nigell was preceded in death by his father, Fritz L. Brown and grandfather, Johnell Brown. He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Talley, brother Chris Talley, sister Morgan Brown and second mom, Lexton Brown, as well as a host of extended family members and special friends.
